Your Keepsake will returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier.
This is to ensure your precious keepsakes are fully tracked and insured. Postage is worked our based on the weight/value at checkout.
Refund & Returns Policy
When ordering you will be placed on a waiting list basis as displayed on our website. Once we have received your order you will receive confirmation as to when you have you booked in.
If you need to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your date a refund may not be given, it may just be a case of moving you further along the waiting list if you require more time to get the clothes together. We understand it may be a difficult time for you to part with your sentimental items of clothing and we will work closely with you to get the best possible outcome for everyone.
Please note that there is a variation into how your keepsake may look, no two keepsakes will be the same due to the nature of the fabrics used.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then please get in touch straight away.
We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are faulty.
