Once you have placed your order, you'll receive an email confirming your space on my waiting list along with when and where to send your clothes. I would suggest you send your precious items via a tracked service for peace of mind. You will receive confirmation from me as to when they have been received. 

Please send the clothes no later than 7 days before your slot, don’t worry you will receive an automated email nearer the time reminding you to send the clothes.  

Once work has begun on your keepsake you will receive regular updates, so please keep an eye out for any additional information I might require from you. If you have any special requests or additions you’d like added, then I may be in touch to ask for additional payments to make these. 

My current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the start date you are provided when ordering. Multiple Keepsakes and during busy periods such as Christmas may take slightly longer.   

I currently work on a waiting list basis, which means I only have your items of clothing for as long as necessary rather than up to 20 weeks like some of our competitors. 

As I progress through making your bespoke keepsake I will provide you with generic updates, if you would like photo updates specific to your order please let me know when ordering, or when you send your clothes to me. 

All Keepsake Bears and animals are stuffed with polyester fibre. Do not machine wash your keepsake, sponge clean ONLY. As they are made from your pre-loved clothing they can not be CE tested and therefore come with the following warning: This is for Display Only and is not suitable for persons under the age of 14 years. Pattern is by Funky Friends Factory. 

I am excited to let you know that you now have the option to pay for your precious Keepsakes in full or spread the cost via Klarna or Paypal. Klarna & Paypal give you more ways to buy now and pay later, just choose the relevant options at checkout. 

Your Keepsake will returned to you by Royal Mail tracked, Special Delivery or Courier. This is to ensure your precious keepsakes are fully tracked and insured. Postage is worked out based on the weight/value at checkout. 

When ordering you will be placed on a waiting list basis as displayed on my website. Once we have received your order you will receive confirmation as to when you have been booked in. 

If you need to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your date a refund may not be given, it may just be a case of moving you further along the waiting list if you require more time to get the clothes together. I understand it may be a difficult time for you to part with your sentimental items of clothing and I will work closely with you to get the best possible outcome for everyone.   

Please note that there is a variation in how your keepsake may look, no two keepsakes will be the same due to the nature of the fabrics used. 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then please get in touch straight away. 

I cannot accept personalised items back unless they are faulty.
