Booking Ahead – Giving Every Keepsake the Time It Deserves

I create every keepsake myself, carefully and intentionally. To make sure every order receives the attention it deserves, I manage a structured booking system.

This means:

Your clothing stays safely with you until your slot approaches
I can focus fully on creating your keepsake
You receive calm, considered communication throughout
Every piece gets the time and care it truly deserve

Having a booking in place gives you the time to sort through clothing at a steady, thoughtful pace. You won’t feel rushed or pressured, and you can:

Revisit memories gently
Make considered decisions about garments
Add extra items if you find them
Feel emotionally ready

The waiting list is about quality — for both of us.

I do however understand that sometimes a last minute gift is required which is why I offer a fast track service at an additional cost

Sending Your Garments Safely

When your slot approaches, yo'll receive an automated email asking you to send the clothes to me. If you're local you can arrange to drop them off.

When sending your clothes:

Include your name in the parcel so I know they are yours
Package in a polythene bag or box (don't use brown paper this can tear in transit)
I suggest sending them by a tracked service for your peace of mind

I know how precious these items are. Once they arrive, I’ll confirm they’re safely with me.

Crafting Your Keepsake

Your keepsake is handmade by me, from start to finish. I carefully plan the design, position each piece, stabilise fabrics, add personal touches, and conduct a final quality check before your item is ready.

This is not a factory process. Every step is intentional, every keepsake unique.

Receiving Your Keepsake

Once complete, your keepsake is beautifully packaged and ready for collection or postage. I’ll share photos (if you’d like) so you can see it before it leaves my hands.
