Football Shirt Keepsake Blanket

 The number of adult clothes suggested in the description is a minimum guide, you are welcome to send more if you wanted. If you are having more than one keepsake made we can mix and match the clothes across all keepsakes.

Offcuts are kept for a little while after in the even they are needed unless you request they get sent back with your completed keepsake. Otherwise they will be recycled at our local charity shops.

 Once you have placed your order, you'll receive an email confirming which date you have are placed on our waiting list and where to send the clothes to. We would suggest you send your precious items of clothing by a tracked service for peace of mind.

You will receive confirmation from us as to when they have been received. Once work has begun on your keepsake you will receive regular updates, please keep an eye out for any additional information we might require from you. If you have any special requests or additions you like added then we may be in touch to ask for additional payments to make these.

No 2 keepsakes will be the same due to the nature of the fabrics provided.

We are excited to let you know that you now have the option to pay for you precious Keepsakes in full or spread the cost via Klarna or Paypal. Klarna & Paypal gives you more ways to buy now and pay later. Just choose the relevant optoins at checkout.

 Delivery 

Your Keepsake will returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. This is to ensure your precious keepsakes are fully tracked and insured. Postage is worked our based on the weight/value at checkout.

 When ordering you will be placed on a waiting list basis as displayed on our website. Once we have received your order you will receive confirmation as to when you have you booked in.

If you need to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your date a refund may not be given, it may just be a case of moving you further along the waiting list if you require more time to get the clothes together. We understand it may be a difficult time for you to part with your sentimental items of clothing and we will work closely with you to get the best possible outcome for everyone.

Please note that there is a variation into how your keepsake may look, no two keepsakes will be the same due to the nature of the fabrics used.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason then please get in touch straight away.

We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are faulty.

 My current turnaround time for blankets is 6-8 weeks from the start date you are provided when ordering. Multiple Keepsakes may take slightly longer.

We currently work on a waiting list basis, this means I only have your items of clothing for as long as necessary rather than up to 20 weeks like some of our competitors.

As we progress through making your bespoke keepsake we will provide you with generic updates, if you would like photo updates specific to your order please let us know.
